COMMON AREAS:   Pool Complex (618 Dunhill Drive), 4 Parks, 2 open-space/non-buildable lots (referred to as the "Debris Dam" and the "Buffer Zone"), also maintenance-only of entry signs along Tassajara Ranch Drive
