The association budget is reviewed yearly by the Board and management and provided to all homeowners by December 1st. Yearly coupon books are provided to all homeowners by the beginning of the year.
COMMON AREAS: Pool Complex (618 Dunhill Drive), 4 Parks, 2 open-space/non-buildable lots (referred to as the “Debris Dam” and the “Buffer Zone”), also maintenance-only of entry signs along Tassajara Ranch Drive
